Our history
The concept for the EHS-Dashboard™ originated in 2015, driven by firsthand encounters with the difficulties of managing EHS data using outdated tools. Numerous organizations depended on spreadsheets, disparate databases, and manual reporting methods, complicating compliance tracking, trend identification, and informed decision-making.
Recognizing this challenge, our team developed a solution that streamlines complex processes and centralizes EHS data into a unified, user-friendly platform. Collaborating with industry leaders and EHS professionals, we designed the EHS-Dashboard™ to meet the specific requirements of contemporary EHS and ESG programs.

John Baycroft
Chief Executive & Technology Officer
John Baycroft is a seasoned technology and product leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation at the intersection of software and environmental engineering. As the Chief Executive & Technical Officer of Higher Elevation Software, LLC, he brings a strategic vision that blends technical excellence with sustainable, scalable software solutions tailored to customer needs.
With expertise in both software architecture and environmental engineering, John has built a career on bridging complex technical challenges with practical business solutions. He is deeply passionate about assembling high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to create meaningful, lasting impact.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Suffolk University. When he’s not at his computer, he enjoys playing music, fixing things, and spending time with family and friends.
Alexis Dallaportas
Chief Product & Operating Officer
Alexis Dallaportas brings 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, and customer success to her role as Chief Product & Operating Officer at Higher Elevation Software, LLC. Now focused on driving product innovation and operational strategy, she applies her deep understanding of EHS and ESG challenges to develop solutions that help businesses integrate Sustainability and EHS program management with growth. Alexis holds a BA/MA in Environmental Science & Policy from Clark University and is currently pursuing an MSM from Clark and will be graduating in May 2025.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys gardening, where she finds creativity and balance in nurturing her backyard garden, and traveling, which fuels her curiosity and appreciation for different cultures and landscapes.

Keith Hubert
Senior Software Engineer
Keith Hubert is a Senior Software Engineer at Higher Elevation Software, LLC, passionate about creating intuitive user experiences. With a background in Art and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, he brings a unique blend of creativity and human-centered design to UI/UX development.
Before transitioning into software engineering, Keith worked in the mental health field, an experience that shaped his empathetic, user-focused approach to problem-solving. Now, he focuses on building practical, user-friendly software that makes working with complicated tasks easier.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys quality time with his family—playing with his daughter and dog, tending to his garden, and enjoying a slow afternoon by the grill.
Stephen Boadi
Data Scientist
Stephen Boadi is a Data Scientist with a decade of expertise in Data Analytics and business intelligence. Focused on transforming complex data into actionable insights, he leverages his data skills to empower organizations with strategic, data-driven decisions. He applies his deep understanding of data practices—including EHS and ESG metrics—to create solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Development Studies in Tamale, Ghana and a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Outside work, he enjoys soccer, perfecting his Jollof rice recipe, and exploring unique data trivia.
